Welcome Family Holiday Park is a popular holiday choice in the seaside town of Dawlish Warren. Close to Blue Flag beaches and with plenty of on-site facilities, we have a variety of self-catering holiday homes on offer, including dog-friendly accommodation. The Park has a 4-Star rating and Bronze Award for Green Tourism from Visit England.

We have a range of static caravans available, from our Classic range with 2 or 3 bedrooms or the Premier range with en suite facilities and outside patio. We also have bungalows which are ideally suited to wheelchair users, or our spacious apartments. Our luxurious Spanish-style lodges have 3 bedrooms with en suite master bedroom and private veranda outside. There is ample car parking on-site and we are within walking distance to the railway station.

Our facilities include 4 heated indoor swimming pools, a crazy golf course, games room, adventure playground and pottery painting. We also have many organised clubs and events for children from basketball to 5-a-side football matches. There is also nightly entertainment, a launderette, independent shops and restaurants. We can hire out baby equipment or mobility aids during your stay.
