The White House

The White House is a grand 1920’s building in a commanding position overlooking the village and harbour at St Mawes. Surrounded by extensive gardens and only a stone’s throw from the beach, it is perfect as a holiday home for groups or large families.

The interior is decorated with splendour and grandeur, with mahogany furnishings, Italian style bathrooms, balconies and marble fireplaces. There are 2 sitting rooms, both with digital TV, comfortable sofas and sea views, well equipped kitchen-diner with dishwasher and laundry facilities in the utility room, Wifi and central heating throughout. There are 5 bedrooms, 2 of which have en suite facilities.

St Mawes, on the Roseland Peninsula, has a picturesque harbour with a small fishing fleet and is protected by the most perfectly preserved of Henry VIII's coastal fortresses, St Mawes Castle. The village remains a centre for water sports activities and offers sandy beaches. In St Mawes, you will find a range of pubs, cafes and restaurants, and some interesting shops and galleries.
