Hallagenna Cottages

Hallagenna Cottages are 4 beautiful self-catering holiday homes providing home-from-home accommodation in the picturesque countryside of Bodmin Moor. A former farm and once the former home of the famous black stallion of the Lloyds TV commercials, today you can enjoy a quiet and relaxing break in this part of Cornwall.

All our cottages have retained their original features. Each can accommodate up to 4 guests. Two of our cottages have log burning stoves in the lounge areas, and all cottages have Freeview TV, Wifi access and private patio. There is also car parking and 5 acres of land to watch the wildlife and the ponies grazing, we also have 7 minature pigs which you can help to feed in the mornings, they love the attention and kids really enjoy the experience. We have a livery here too so there are often horses onsite and there is a riding school opposite which is great for pony trekking adventures.

There is a local shop and pub in the village just a short walk away which offers traditional local ales and classic pub grub. All our cottages are family and dog friendly and we welcome walkers and cyclists following the Camel Trail. We would be happy to recommend places to visit and where to get bicycle hire. We are ideally located just 20 minutes drive from the coast and glorious blue flag beaches.
