Alders Caravan Park

Alders Caravan Park is a campsite with a difference, set in beautiful parkland surrounded by woodland and meadows on a working farm. It is perfect for a relaxing break with landscaped pitches to make you feel at one with nature. Surrounded by stunning walks and cycle ways, it is a great place for walking and cycling enthusiasts or anyone who loves the great outdoors!

Our Glamping Pods offer accommodation for 2 as well as family-sized pods for 4. Each has lighting and heating with a picnic table and decking outside. There is a separate covered barbeque area and an eco-toilet close by to save you walking to the main toilet block each time. We do not allow cars on the glamping site so it is safe for children and quiet for adults.

Our touring site offers shower blocks, washing up areas, sluices and laundry facilities. The site office can provide you with extra gas or fresh eggs from the farm and our staff will be happy to advise you about where to go and what to do in the local area. There is a pub in the village of Alne, with the historic city of York to the south offering historical attractions, lots of activities, restaurants and many shops.
