Owners Sarah and Chris will welcome you to this traditional stone house offering bed and breakfast in the historic town of Pickering. Close to the restaurants, shops and cafes in the town, you can also visit Pickering castle, museums and catch a steam train on the North Yorkshire Moors Railway. With the famous moors close by, this is a haven for walkers, cyclists and travellers looking for a memorable holiday. We will ensure you are greeted with our homemade cakes as soon as you arrive!

We have 3 elegantly decorated guest rooms. Garden Room is a cosy room for 2 with private shower room; the Barn Room is a family room for 4 with en suite bathroom and Gable Room is a kingsize double room, plus en suite shower room. All have complimentary toiletries, TV, hairdryer, radio alarm clock and hospitality tray. You can also relax in our guest lounge with comfortable sofas, TV, DVD and electric fire. A delicious Pear Tree House cooked breakfast will be freshly prepared for you in the morning with all the trimmings. We can also cater for special diets. We look forward to seeing you soon!
