No 10 Dulas

No 10 Dulas is a cosy, Victorian stone cottage in Hay-on-Wye, sleeping up to 3 people in 2 bedrooms. It has a pretty stream-side garden and car parking. You are just 5 minutes walk away from the centre of Hay, with its shops, bustling cafes, characterful pubs and all those world-famous second-hand bookshops.

The cottage has a cosy lounge overlooking the garden, with sofa and armchair, TV, DVD player, Wifi, dining area and a stone fireplace with gas flame effect log burner. There is a selection of DVDs, games and books. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, washing machine and plenty of crockery and utensils. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and underfloor heating. Upstairs, you will find the master bedroom with king-size bed and second bedroom with single bed. We provide bed linen, towels and kitchen essentials.

The sunny, secluded and private garden backs onto Dulas Brook and has 2 patio areas. The first is adjacent to the cottage with a large picnic table; ideal for alfresco dining. The second looks over the Dulas Brook where you can sit, relax and listen to the stream and watch the wildlife. There is a lockable outbuilding for secure storage of bikes or any other equipment.
