Rob and Eileen Morris would like to welcome you their beautiful guest house surrounded by 3 acres of private gardens and woodland in the picturesque town of Builth Wells. Dating back to the 1900s, The Woodlands is a perfect place to relax and enjoy a break in Mid Wales. With the stunning scenery of the Wye Valley as a backdrop and excellent hospitality from your hosts, you will have a very enjoyable stay.
Each guest room has en suite facilities, TV, alarm clock, hairdryer, beverage tray and views of the gardens and countryside. We have single, double and twin rooms available. Our guests are also welcome to use our lounge or stroll around the gardens. We offer different options for breakfast, including a Full Welsh or vegetarian breakfast.
We have plenty of off road car parking and can offer secure storage for bicycles. With the Wye Valley Path passing close by and many opportunities for outdoor activities, we also welcome many guests visiting the Royal Welsh Showground.
