Eco Escape Campsite

Castle Pill Farm is a working sheep farm located on a site sloping towards Castle Pill; a tidal inlet of the Cleddau estuary near Milford Haven, Pembrokeshire. We are passionate about doing our part to look after the environment, hence our Eco Escape Campsite!

Our accommodation comprises 4-metre bell tents; cosy, furnished tents overlooking ancient oak woodland. Each is kitted out with full bedding (foam mattresses, pillows, sheets, quilts, blankets), basic cooking equipment and solar powered lamps. You also get a private gazebo with fire pit/BBQ, table and stools and use of the hot tub. We also have larger 5-metre bell tents sleeping 4 or 5.

We currently have an eco-composting toilet, upcycled firepits and furniture, sustainable firewood, solar lighting and we offset our energy use by having wind turbines on the edge of the farmland. There is no electricity; just firelight and the night sky!

Eco-escape offer a range of options for exclusive use if you are looking to have this rural setting to yourself. (e.g. hire of 4 bell tents in the meadow, hire of 3 bell tents in the woodland, or hire of the entire site (7 bell tents and hot tub). We will have wooden glamping huts available soon and also have a camping pitch.
