The living room has comfortable seating, FreeSat TV, DVD and iPod dock, and the rooms leads to a conservatory looking across the garden. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There are 3 bedrooms, a king sized master bedroom, double bedroom and twin bedroom. Outside is a private garden, lockable shed for bicycle or surf board storage and 2 parking spaces.

Part of the Nevern Estuary, Newport Parrog beach is sandy at low water and safe for bathing. The Parrog is a popular boating area, with many wind surfers, kite boarders and surf boarders. Newport has good shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs.
