The TV lounge has a 55 inch Smart TV with Sky and Netflix and there is a second lounge for socialising or quiet reading. There is also a spacious kitchen with the state-of-the-art appliances including a coffee machine and, dishwasher and you will find 2 eating areas. A bi-folding door can be opened to allow the eating area to extend into the garden, ideal during the summer months.

The property boasts 6 bedrooms; all offering king-sized beds, 40 inch TVs and their own en suite facilities. Outside, there is plenty of car parking and a front and back garden with seating area and barbeque. The house close to the golf courses, marine lake, beaches and the many eateries in the area. Liverpool and Chester are within driving distance for shopping, nightlife and attractions.
