Dunclutha Guest House

Dunclutha Guest House was once a Victorian Rectory for the Scottish Episcopal Church. Situated in Leven, you will enjoy the excellent hospitality for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We welcome many holidaymakers, walkers and cyclists following the Fife Coastal Path and golfers visiting the many excellent courses in the area. There is even a hot tub in the garden for you to soak any weary legs!

Our 5 rooms are decorated in pastel shades to give them a warm and cosy ambience. We have even named the rooms after their predominant colours! All have en suite facilities or private bathrooms, free Wifi, TV, hairdryer and a well-stocked beverage tray with our own homemade shortbread. We have a double, 2 twins, and 2 family rooms available, plus you can relax in our guest lounge with leather sofa and TV, or in our garden with cosy seating and hot tub. A delicious cooked Scottish breakfast is served in the morning. We cater for special diets and even make our own gluten-free bread.
