Ladywell House

Ladywell House is an elegant early 19th Century home set within beautiful countryside on the edge of the historic village of Falkland of Fife. Dating back to 1806, it was designed by Thomas Barclay for a local clergyman. Today, it offers a luxurious self-catering holiday home for people wanting to explore this area. The late Princess Diana stayed here with Princes William and Harry.

The house can cater for up to 14 guests. It offers a comfortable drawing room where you can relax in front of the open fire, a TV room, dining room, spacious conservatory, fully equipped country-style kitchen with Aga and dishwasher, separate laundry and drying room. You will also find 6 stunning bedrooms named after previous guests (including The Diana Room). Outside, there is a terrace, an acre of gardens with a trampoline and swings. We can arrange the hire of a hot tub if required.
