The Spindrift Guest House

The Spindrift Guest House is a grand Victorian home offering first class care and hospitality in the coastal town of Anstruther. Originally the residence of the Tea Clipper Captain John Smith, we are only a short walk from the harbour where you can go on a boat trip or enjoy a meal at one of the seafood restaurants in the town centre.

All our rooms are delightfully furnished with en suite facilities, toiletries, Freeview TV, DVD, free Wifi, iPod dock and beverage tray with a selection of hot drinks, bottled water and shortbread. We have double, twin, king size and family rooms available, with our Captains Cabin on the top floor that resembles the ships captains quarters with fabulous views of the harbour.

You can choose from a variety of breakfast options including a Full Scottish Breakfast. All are freshly made-to-order using locally-sourced ingredients. We also offer a delicious dinner menu if required. Guests have access to our lounge with licensed bar, free car parking, secure bicycle storage and drying facilities.
