New Minster Cottage

Paul and Zoe would like to welcome you to their family-owned bed and breakfast on the banks of the River Wansbeck in Morpeth. New Minister Cottage is a home-away-from-home and has been awarded a Certificate of Excellence from Trip Advisor due to excellent reviews from our guests.

We offer 3 stylishly decorated guest rooms with en suite shower rooms, free Wifi, TV, DVD, hairdryer, armchairs and hospitality tray. We offer twin or double beds and can provide travel cots if necessary. You can enjoy one of our Full English breakfasts in the morning with sausages from the excellent local butchers.

We are happy for guests to use our dining room for takeaway meals and keep a range of menus from local takeaway outlets. We can provide packed lunches or cater for special diets with prior notice. There are many eateries, parks and museums all within walking distance. Newcastle and Gateshead are only a half hours drive away with shopping centres and entertainment on offer.
