Castle Vale House

The Castle Vale House is an attractive bed and breakfast in a quiet area of the picturesque town of Berwick-on-Tweed. A Victorian country house surrounded by beautiful gardens with delightful views across the River Tweed, it offers guests a relaxing and peaceful place to stay. Your host Margaret will be on hand to welcome you to her home and make your stay enjoyable.

Guest rooms are delightfully furnished with a quirky mix of old and new. Each offer en suite facilities and views of the river or gardens. We have 3 rooms, that can offer a super king bed or convert to twin beds. You can enjoy a home cooked breakfast in the morning using our own homemade bread and preserves.

Castle Vale is close to many walks and cycle routes along the river or coast, with the town centre only a 10 minute walk away offering shops, restaurants and the castle. We private car parking and are only 100 yards from the railway station.
