The Captains Quarters

The Captains Quarters is a Grade II listed building offering luxurious room-only accommodation in the heart of historic Berwick-on-Tweed. Formally a 17th century Sea Merchants home, it is now a boutique-style guest house offering accommodation to holiday makers or business travellers.

All our rooms are stylishly furnished with bespoke designs. Each has en suite facilities with luxury toiletries, free Wifi, satellite TV, hairdryer, and well-stocked beverage tray with mineral water and biscuits. We have double rooms and family rooms available and we can be flexible with booking arrangements.

Berwick-upon-Tweed sits at the most northerly tip of Northumberland, just 3 miles from the Scottish Border. A coastal town with sandy beaches and beautiful riverside walks, Berwick is perfectly situated for a relaxing break and a haven for walkers and cyclists.
