Detchant Cottages

Detchant Cottages are 3 charming cottages offering self-catering accommodation near the picturesque village of Belford in Northumberland. Family-owned, our cottages are listed buildings dating back to the 1800s nestled within 2 acres in grounds. Sensitively refurbished with all the modern amenities, but still retaining original period features of stone walls and pine timbers, they provide an ideal base for a holiday.

The cottages have fully equipped kitchens with dishwasher; comfortable lounges with wood burners, TV and access to a shared garden with barbeque, picnic area and childrens play equipment. The Dairy sleeps 6, the Coach House can sleep up to 5 and the Dolls House can cater for 4. We are convenient for walks along the coast, sandy beaches and castles to visit. We also offer a babysitting service and grocery delivery service before you arrive.
