The Schooner Hotel

A warm welcome to all guests brave enough to stay at the one of Englands most haunted hotels, in the coastal village of Alnmouth! Featured on TVs Most Haunted twice, the Schooner Hotel dates back to the 1600s. Today, it offers a comfortable place to rest for people visiting the area for a short break or holiday. We offer ghost hunts throughout the year, if you fancy meeting some of our resident spirits!

Rooms are very comfortable with contemporary facilities to ensure you have a relaxing stay. Each room is equipped with en suite facilities, TV, DVD and hospitality tray. We have family rooms and triple rooms available, plus you are welcome to bring your dog too. If you survive the night without being scared stiff, a delicious breakfast is included in our prices and served in our elegant dining room. We also serve an array of fine dishes throughout the day.
