Glenegedale House

Glenegedale House is a multi-award-winning bed and breakfast offering luxurious accommodation on the Isle of Islay facing a beautiful open bay into the sea. The house is conveniently located to all local sights, distilleries and villages. Awarded a 5-Star Gold Award status by both the AA and Scottish Tourist Board, and with a plethora of other awards to their name, owners Graeme and Emma will be on hand to give you a traditional Scottish warm welcome and ensure you have everything you need for a wonderful holiday.

There are 4 guest rooms; all furnished to a high standard and with en suite facilities and luxury toiletries. Our rooms also have a television, refreshment tray with selection of teas and coffees from the Edinburgh Tea company, bottled water and locally-made chocolates. Our award-winning breakfast is included all freshly made for you in the morning. We also have a 4-bedroomed self-catering cottage, An Cuan, with magnificent sea views over Laggan Bay and beyond to Northern Ireland.

Breakfast at Glenegedale includes freshly-prepared local produce, including eggs from the family chickens, home-made bread, porridge with brown sugar, whisky and fresh cream, breakfast muffins, plus a wide selection of fruit, cereal and yogurt to start your day off the best possible way!
