Appin Bay View Guest House is nestled in a prime hillside location overlooking sea lochs, islands, mountains and Castle Stalker, one of the best-preserved medieval tower-houses to survive in western Scotland. The village of Port Appin is only 2 miles away, where you find great restaurants and can catch the ferry to the nearby island of Lismore.

Guest rooms are very comfortably furnished and have en suite facilities. We have rooms with sea views, balconies and lounge areas. All rooms are equipped with climate control heating, bathrobes, complimentary toiletries, hairdryer and a beverage tray. Our Eyrie Suite is a beautiful room on the top floor boasting panoramic views and coved windows, plus a separate lounge with bed settee, widescreen TV, fridge, coffee maker and en suite bathroom.
