Ideally located near the Cotswolds and Shakespearean Stratford-upon-Avon, with 3 acres of landscaped gardens, it is the ideal place to enjoy a peaceful and enjoyable stay in rural Warwickshire.

Dating back to the 17th century, with grade II listed building status, the cottage has many charming characteristics, whilst providing contemporary facilities. The cosy sitting room has open fireplace and exposed beams and is equipped with a sofa bed, TV, DVD and iPod docking station. There is a fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher and laundry facilities plus a dining table for 4. There is a king-sized bedroom with fabulous views across the gardens towards the river, and second single bedroom, a lavish family bathroom with underfloor heating, bath and power shower. There is Wifi throughout and you are welcome to wander in the gardens, have exclusive use of our summer house. There is a tennis court on-site with the River Stour flowing past, which is popular for fishing or swimming. There is private car parking and there are local shops and a friendly pub in the village.
