Barn Owl Cottage

Barn Owl Cottage is a delightful self-catering country cottage nestled in a quiet location in rural Warwickshire, 3 miles outside of Leamington Spa and surrounded by the beautiful countryside. Ideal for walkers and nature lovers, there are many walks available from the doorstep, with walks along the Grand Union Canal or along the fields to the nearest pub at Offchurch Village.

The cottage offers homely decor and comfortable furnishings. It has a bedroom with king-sized bed (which can also be arranged as a twin room), a cosy lounge with sofa, Freeview TV, DVD and dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher and washing machine. Outside there is a private garden with patio area. Owner Celia lives in the adjacent barn and will be on hand to give you a warm welcome.
