Station Hotel

The Station Hotel is a former Victorian coaching inn in the heart of the historic town of Penrith in Cumbria. Close to the railway station and only 5 minutes drive from the M6, it is excellent as a holiday base or for guests in need of a convenient stopover. Owners Tony, Bev and their team offer a warm welcome and excellent hospitality.

We have 9 delightful rooms all offering a warm and homely atmosphere. All our rooms have en suite facilities with complimentary toiletries, a hairdryer and a refreshment tray; with our double and twin rooms equipped with Freeview TV. We have single, double, twin and family rooms. Your room rate includes a delicious cooked Cumbrian breakfast.

Our Station Restaurant offers home cooked classic meals as well as a Tapas menu. We have specials throughout the week including Friday Steak Nights and 3-course Sunday lunches. There is also a childrens menus and we happily cater for special diets.
