Mandy and Brian would like to welcome you their bed and breakfast in the historic town of Kendal. Balcony House is a beautiful Victorian property which has been carefully refurbished to keep the original classic characteristics, coupled with contemporary amenities. Offering 4-Star accommodation and awarded a Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor, it is perfect for your short break or holiday.

We have double, twin and 4-poster rooms, all with en suite facilities, bathrobes, toiletries, TV, DVD, hairdryer, free Wifi and well-stocked hospitality tray complete with cafetiere. There is a relaxing guest lounge offering an eclectic mix of antique and contemporary furnishings. In the morning, we offer a Full English, vegetarian or a continental breakfast.

Balcony House is close to the shops, restaurants and bars in the town centre. We have car parking on site, secure bike storage and are only a 5 minute walk from the railway station.
