Silver Lea

Bill and Jill would like to welcome you to their friendly bed and breakfast in the beautiful village of Grasmere. Silver Lea is a traditional ivy-cladded stone cottage offering guests excellent accommodation whilst visiting the Lake District.

We have 4 large guest rooms, with homely decor and comfortable beds. Each has en suite facilities, central heating, hospitality tray, hairdryer and views of the surrounding fells. Two of our rooms also have their own sitting room. There is private car parking and you can sit in our garden. You can expect a delicious breakfast in the morning which is included in our rates.

Close to the many shops, restaurants and cafes in the village, there are walking routes which go straight from the house. We have drying facilities so you can make sure everything has dried out before you start. We would be happy to advise you where to go using our extensive local knowledge.
