Heidi's Grasmere Lodge

Heidis Grasmere Lodge is a beautiful 19th century stone building, located in the centre of the beautiful Lakeland village of Grasmere. The lodge has been carefully restored to maintain it character and charm whist providing contemporary luxuries to make our guests feel extra-comfortable. We have 6 rooms, all individually designed with en suite facilities with under floor heating and comfortable king size beds.

Our cafe is open is open throughout the day for lunches, homemade cakes and a selection of beverages. We pride ourselves on our home-baking using only the best local ingredients. We can also make your packed lunches if you are heading for a day out walking or exploring.

Nestling at the foot of some spectacular fells and with its own lake, beautiful Grasmere has many shops, pubs and things to do. You can visit Wordsworths grave in the churchyard and buy some Grasmere Gingerbread! Popular walks include following Red Bank Road and then the footpath along the west shore of the lake towards Rydal Water. In the summer you can hire rowing boats on the lake.
