37 Kirkgate is a handsome Georgian townhouse offering a self-catering holiday home in the market town of Cockermouth. Located in a conservation area, complete with cobbled stones and tree lined street, it is like going back in time! There are many shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance, with the Lakes a short drive away offering great walks and fantastic views.

Sleeping up to 5 guests, 37 Kirkgate still has features from the original building, mixed with modern amenities and decor. There are 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dining room and cosy lounge with coal effect gas fire, TV and DVD. Outside is a patio garden complete with table and chairs.
