The Knoll

The Knoll is a family-owned Victorian guest house in the city of Newport. Offering a homely place to stay with good old fashioned hospitality, you will be treated as part of the family by owner Barry!

There are 11 rooms; single, double, twin and family rooms with en suite facilities, TV, beverage tray, heating and clock radio. We have a cosy guest lounge with free Wifi that you are welcome to relax in. We provide a hearty Full Welsh breakfast in the morning, freshly prepared with options available for vegetarians. We can also cater for a range special diets if you let us know.

Close to the cathedral of St. Woolos, the hospital and 10 minutes away from the shops, restaurants and bars of the city centre, The Knoll is also convenient for the beautiful scenic countryside around south Wales including the Gower Peninsular, Wye Valley and the Brecon Beacons.
