Eden House Holiday Cottage in Pickering is an historic Grade II listed 1 bedroomed self-catering cottage accommodating 1 or 2 guests, offering traditional character and charm, coupled with a full host of contemporary amenities. Hosts and keen walkers Emma and Andy offer a warm welcome and are happy to offer insight and information on the local and surrounding area, including the stunning North York Moors National Park.

The cottage is spacious and inviting, with free Wifi and a welcome basket included. The accommodation comprises a cosy sitting room with a warming log burning fire and large television. There is also a newly fitted equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, microwave, slow cooker and washing machine. The kitchen opens into the sun room which serves as a dining room, with French doors leading to the outside patio.

A spacious bedroom is located on the first floor, featuring a king size bed, vaulted ceiling and an en suite including a bath and power shower over. Outside, the cottage has a suntrap patio area with outdoor furniture provided for sitting al fresco and enjoying the views across the owner's private walled garden. There is also secure car parking to the rear. Local services, shops and the town centre are within a short walk.
