Burnley House is a classic country guest house in the picturesque village of Hutton-Le-Hole in the heart of the North York Moors National Park. We have family, double and twin rooms all with en suite facilities, TV, DVD and a hospitality tray containing a selection of hot drinks, shortbread biscuits and artisan chocolates made in the village. We have pet friendly rooms, spacious signature rooms with fantastic views, luxury rooms with 4-poster beds and a specially adapted room for guests with disabilities. A delicious full English breakfast is included and we can provide alternatives for vegetarians and guests requiring gluten-free diets.

Our other facilities include a comfortable lounge, drying facilities, secure lock up for bicycles, barbeque and picnic area. There are many beautiful walks around the village and the surrounding countryside, with the beautiful towns of Pickering and Helmsley not far away.
