The Honest Lawyer Hotel

The Honest Lawyer Hotel is located in Croxdale, on the edge of Durham City. Close to the banks of the River Wear, our unique hotel offers a comfortable stay in rural surroundings with history, the arts, culture and shopping just minutes away. There is ample parking available.

All our 51 individual bedrooms are immaculate in presentation and offer contemporary facilities. Our stylish 4-poster rooms are in the main building, while our comfortable Courtyard rooms are laid out motel-style, each with their own private entrance. We offer bedrooms for single, double and twin occupancy, as well as dedicated family rooms and rooms that are fully equipped and accessible for disabled guests. All our rooms are non-smoking and have en suite bathroom facilities, television, free Wifi, work area, telephone, hairdryer and beverage tray. Bedrooms are offered on a room only basis and our sumptuous full English and continental breakfast is served daily in Baileys restaurant in the main hotel building, for an additional fee.
