Edale House

Edale House is a charming accredited 4* Visit England B&B in Folly Road, Parkend in the Royal Forest of Dean. Built in 1854, Edale House is an elegant Georgian-style building, facing the village green with forecourt parking and pretty gardens. A Warm Welcome is provided!

Our rooms are furnished to a high standard, with TV, tea/coffee making facilities, USB sockets and Wifi in every room. We have 6 guest bedrooms; 5 of which are en suite and another with a private wet room. All rooms have Smart Tv's and we have a superior triple room with wireless phone charging. Some of our rooms are dog friendly on request.

After a restful sleep you can enjoy a full range of breakfast options including a delicious freshly cooked traditional English Breakfast with local sausages and hand cut local bacon. Visit England have accredited us with a Golden Egg Breakfast Award!

We are also licensed with a well-stocked bar including a Malt Whisky shelf! should you fancy an evening tipple. Our comfortable guests lounge with log burner is the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring.

Edale House is ideally located close to a huge array of attractions including Dean Forest Railway and RSPB Naggs Head Nature Reserve and easily accessible to the many miles of walking and cycle paths within the Forest. There is even a path at the back of our garden! We have secure storage (CCTV, Alarmed, Steel Bared & Security lit) and wash facilities for bicycles.
