Hauxwell Grange offer 2 award-winning holiday cottages surrounded by open fields and glorious countryside in Teesdale. Awarded 4-Stars and a Visit Britain Gold Award, both cottages offer comfortable contemporary decor mixed with the charm of the original features. Curlew Cottage is a ground floor property with 1 twin bedroom, whereas The Stone Byre has an upstairs double and twin bedroom. Outside, there is private terrace with patio furniture and barbeque, car parking and secure storage for bicycles.

The town of Barnard Castle is only 2 miles away, offering a variety of cultural experiences. There are also plenty of restaurants, shops and pubs. With the many trails leading through the surrounding area we are a haven for walkers and cyclists. We will ensure you have everything you need to start your holiday including tea, coffee and our own homemade jam. We can also arrange a grocery shop before you arrive!
