The Collyweston Slater

The Collyweston Slater is superb coaching inn, situated in the little village of Collyweston, near the market town of Stamford in Lincolnshire. Dating back the seventeenth century, this lovely establishment has three tastefully decorated en suite rooms, two double and one king-size. All rooms are equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, flat screen TV and free Wifi and breakfast is included in the room rate.

Of course, being an inn, there is plenty of traditional pub fare on offer including plenty of lovely real ales! Conveniently located not far from the A1 and close to the cities of Peterborough and Leicester, there is plenty to do hereabouts including fishing, horse-riding and cycling. Burghley House is a short drive away and is known as Englands Greatest Elizabethan House. Many events are held here annually, including a Film Festival, the Rolls Royce Rally and the world- famous Burghley Horse Trials!
