Bainvalley Cottages offer a variety of self-catering holiday properties in the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside. Awarded a Trip Adviser Certificate of Excellence, owners John and Wendy will ensure you have an enjoyable, peaceful and relaxing stay.

Each cottage is individually equipped for your varying needs, catering for individuals or larger groups, and welcoming to pets. All offer high quality furnishings and fittings. The smallest (although very spacious) is called The Bach and is ideal for couples. It has a king-sized bedroom, open plan living area with fully equipped kitchenette, sitting area with Freeview TV, large wet room and patio doors leading out to the courtyard looking across open fields. Our 2-bedroomed properties are on two levels with a master bedroom and twin bedroom. They have fully fitted kitchens, dining table with 6 chairs, lounge with 3 piece leather sofas and TV and either a conservatory or garden room. Our newest property The Shamba provides modern living from a converted barn. All our homes have Wifi with bedding and towels also provided.

There are lots of walking and wildlife spotting opportunities around the cottages, plus there is a local pub in the nearby village of Hemingby. Lincoln is only 20 miles away in one direction and the coastal towns of Lincolnshire, the other.
