The Buckinghamshire Arms

The Buckinghamshire Arms, Pub and Restaurant, in Blickling, Aylsham, is a welcoming and friendly traditional 17th century pub and former coaching inn serving real ales and great food. The Bucks has 4 guest bedrooms with fantastic views of the surrounding Blickling Hall National Trust Estate. All bedrooms have a bathroom with bath or shower, flat screen TV, Wifi internet access, complimentary toiletries and a beverage tray. We are dog friendly and have free guest car parking.

The Blickling Estate, which covers 4,777 acres, includes woodland, parkland and farmland. Public footpaths traverse the estate providing free year-round access. Blickling Hall itself is a stunning red brick mansion bordered by ancient yew hedges. Five minutes drive from Blickling, the market town of Aylsham is known for its Georgian architecture, quaint character streets and large 14th-century church. Other attractions include individual shops, twice-weekly traditional market and regular auctions of fine art, books and antique furniture.
