Arden House Bed and Breakfast and Guest House

Arden House is a family-run guest house offering bed and breakfast in Arundel. Your hosts Iain and Lucie welcome you to their warm and friendly guest house situated in a peaceful setting, just a short walk from Arundel Castle and the High Street, with its range of independent shops, pubs and restaurants.

On-site parking can be reserved at the time of booking (subject to availability) and we have limited lockable storage space for bicycles.

We can accommodate up to 14 guests in a choice of 7 double and twin bedrooms offering en-suite bathrooms or shared facilities. Our comfortable rooms offer free WiFi, TV, complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits and water. Breakfast at Arden House includes a range of options including yoghurt, pastries, cereals, cheese and fresh fruit followed by a Full English, veggie or began breakfast, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, porridge with honey or fruit compote, eggs cooked-to-order or beans on toast. We are pleased to cater for special dietary requirements. Lucie has completed her Coeliac UK Catering training, and we can offer delicious gluten-free toast and sausages at breakfast.
