Aviemore Guest House

Aviemore Guest House was built in 1890 and is one of the oldest established guest houses in Rye. This quirky and interesting property has enjoyed a process of restoration and improvement and offers a variety of individually-styled rooms with many Victorian and contemporary features.

There are spacious double en-suites as well as comfy and cosy top floor rooms suitable for double, single or twin occupancy. Your stay includes breakfast and our rooms have complimentary drinks, TV and Wifi. Aviemore also has a guest lounge with a licensed honesty bar, as well as pretty gardens.

If you are driving, as is the case with most places in central Rye, Aviemore does not have its own car park. There are, however, car parks within 2 minutes walking distance.
