Manor Farm Oast

Built in 1860, Manor Farm Oast is set in the middle of working farmland and is ideal for quiet breaks in the East Sussex countryside. It is situated in 1066 country with Rye, Winchelsea, Battle and Hastings easily accessible.

The Oast has been converted and modernised but keeps original features internally and externally, maintaining its rustic charm which offering contemporary amenities. We offer bed and breakfast accommodation for up to 6 guests (3 couples) in The Blue Room with private bathroom, The Green Room with an en-suite and The Rose Room, also with an en-suite. All rooms have a television and facilities for making tea and coffee.

Manor Farm Oast hosts renewal of vows and baby-naming ceremonies. We are also able to host wedding breakfasts and other functions. We can cater for up to 50 guests for functions and (if required) up to 30 guests for a formal wedding breakfast.
