We are located just 5 minutes walk from Rustington village and the beach and only a short distance from the South Downs National Park. Rustington is a village within Littlehampton in the Arun District of West Sussex. It is approximately at the midpoint of the West Sussex coast and midway between the county town of Chichester and Brighton. Rustington Beach is largely shingle and when the tide goes out, an expanse of flat sand stretches down to the waters edge. This makes it a popular spot for families and dog walkers. Rustington Beach is also a popular kitesurfing spot.
