The Cottage Bed and Breakfast

The Cottage is a family-run bed and breakfast in a great location, situated at the eastern end of Chichester just off the A27. You will receive a warm welcome from your hosts Lynn and Arthur Smith who provide home-from-home comfort. We have limited off road parking for our guests.

All rooms have en-suite bathrooms, hospitality tray with tea and coffee, Freeview TV and Wifi. Both rooms are on the ground floor. We offer a delicious breakfast, including an optional full cooked breakfast (please order on arrival) and can cater for special diets.

The Cottage is a short flat walk to the city centre, with its excellent shops, pubs and eateries. Chichester Cathedral is in the city centre with its beautiful Bishops Garden, and about half an hour walk away, is The Chichester Festival Theatre. We are also a 5-minute drive to the Goodwood Estate that hosts the world-famous Festival of Speed.
