Perfectly situated just one mile west of Keswick on the northern shore of Derwentwater, Derwent House Holidays offers high quality self-catering accommodation in our four comfortable holiday suites in the village of Portinscale.

Each is well equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge, TV, radio, DVD and music centre and all are centrally heated throughout. Brandelhowe on the ground floor has direct pavement access. Shire, Hunter, and Cob are self-contained, with their own private entrances.

We provide a high standard of self catering accommodation and offer value for money. There is much to see and do, Keswick has plenty of charming shops, from antiques to modern day fashion, along with a wide range of restaurants and cafes to suit all tastes.

We are a haven for walkers and offer the perfect base from which to explore all the many attractions and activities on offer, with so much to see and do in the area there really is something for everyone here! Short and weekend breaks are available. On-street parking available.
