Clarence House Holiday Apartments in Park Avenue, Ventnor is a magnificent Victorian Residence. Built in 1880, the house retains many of its original features but with modern-day comforts. Situated in a coastal conservation area, the self-catering properties lie just minutes away from the many attractions and amenities of Ventnor.

All the apartments have lovely views of the award-winning Ventnor Park or our beautifully-landscaped gardens. We have 4 apartments; 2 one-bedroom apartments for 2 adults and 2 two-bedroom apartments to sleep 4+1. The apartments are fully equipped, and we provide cool crisp bed linen, posture support mattresses and towels. Your beds are made up ready for your arrival and a selection of luxury toiletries are in every bathroom. We also provide picnic hamper backpacks.

Our guests can enjoy our varied selection of books, games and DVDs, plus free Wifi. The rear garden is a peaceful haven, enjoying sunshine all day. The tables and chairs and parasols are a perfect spot for enjoying your morning coffee or that chilled glass of wine in the evening warmth.
