River View is a charming self-catering house located in Innerleithen, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. It is ideal for families, disabled guests and groups. The property comprises a living room with TV and Sky channels package with panoramic views of the hills, plus a fully-equipped kitchen with complimentary welcome pack. The dining area has a table and chairs for 6 people, and a sofa (this room can also be rearranged to provide a bedroom, with a double bed for those not able to use the stairs). There is also a wet room with hand rails, toilet and sink. Bedroom 1 is a small twin, bedroom 2 is a double, and bedroom 3 is a large twin. There is a spacious family bathroom and bedding and towels are provided. There is unlimited Wifi.

River View has a pleasant garden and private parking. Just a 5-minute walk to local shops, bars and restaurants, the house makes a great base for walkers, mountain bikers, golfers, anglers and those interested in history. Walking and cycling tracks are close by, with trails at Glentress, the hills of Pirn and the Southern Upland Way easily accessible. River View is only 29 miles from the centre of Edinburgh.
