Binniemyre Guest House

Binniemyre is a large and elegant Victorian residence in the town of Galashiels where you will experience wonderful hospitality courtesy of your hosts Carol and Bill Elliot. The house itself is 10 minutes walk from the town centre in a quiet location, set back from the road and in extensive prize-winning gardens. On warmer days, guests can use any of the 5 outside seating areas. There is a roof terrace with sun loungers accessed via a wrought iron spiral staircase. Other areas include seating situated next to the tranquil waterfall. There is also a cosy summerhouse, with comfy seating and a table which we light up with candles as dusk falls.

We have a range of twin, double and family rooms, most of which overlook the gardens. Our large family rooms have 40-inch flat screen TVs and fridges while our other rooms have 22-inch flat screen TV/DVDs. All rooms have tea / coffee-making facilities and complimentary bottled water. Included in your room price is our substantial Continental Breakfast, and we can provide a Full Scottish for a small charge. We welcome group bookings and accept well-behaved pets. There is ample private off-road parking, and we can securely store bicycles overnight.
