Broadlands Guest House

Broadlands Guest House is a traditional stone house built in Victorian times, close to the popular Lake District town of Windermere. Offering room only accommodation and lovely views across Ellethwaite Park, it is a perfect setting for a quiet and relaxing break.

We have double, king size, twin and a triple room available, all with en suite facilities, TV, free Wifi and a beverage tray.

Broadlands offers complimentary passes to Choices Health Club, which has a gym, pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub and a variety of beauty treatments. We are on the doorstep of many local walks, one of which leads to Orrest Head. We can also arrange local tours. There are many museums around Windermere including the Steamboat Museum and Beatrix Potter at Bowness, plus the beautiful Lake Windermere is close by offering many popular activities.
