Little Swinton Holiday Cottages are surrounded by the beauty of the Scottish Borders countryside, and offer superb self-catering accommodation in 2 single-storey stone farm cottages, which are all immaculately presented and maintained by proprietor Sue Brewis. The cottages are located a few miles from the historic town of Coldstream. We look forward to welcoming you!

The Courtyard is a new addition to the cottages, a luxury farmhouse extension sleeping 5 guests in 2 bedrooms plus double sofa bed. Standing adjacent to the farmhouse, it has its own drive with private parking, a large grassed play area and magnificent views of the countryside.

Cotoneaster cottage, sleeping 8 guests in 3 bedrooms is located at the end of an attractive terrace and has plenty of parking and space for children to play safely.

Well-behaved pets are welcome in both cottages. The Courtyard and Cotoneaster Cottage are both fully adapted for wheelchair users, with specially designed bathrooms plus a wheel-in shower with handrails.
