Winkston Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast encompasses a comfortable Georgian Country House situated on our working farm, set in gardens overlooking the beautiful Scottish Borders countryside, with views towards Peebles, which is only a 5-minute drive away. Family-run, you are assured of the warmest hospitality in our 4-Star accommodation, which is accredited by the Scottish Tourist Board.

We have two stunning guest rooms, Orchard View and Hamilton View, which are double, twin or family, with zip and link beds to suit your personal requirements. All rooms have luxury en-suite shower rooms and come equipped with a digital television, free Wifi, clock radio, hairdryer and facilities for making tea and coffee. Cots and high chairs are available.

We provide a comprehensive breakfast selection, including porridge, fruit platter with Scottish oatcakes, traditional cooked breakfast, or smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. Our food is locally-sourced wherever possible, and our preserves and marmalades are home-made. We are happy to cater for special dietary requirements.
