Westward Bed and Breakfast

Westward Bed and Breakfast is a traditionally-built Highland home located in the rural village of Cannich, 25 miles south of Inverness. We offer a warm Scottish welcome and comfortable accommodation and are proudly rated as 3-Star by the Scottish Tourist Board.

Westward is an ideal place for a short break or holiday, and walkers and cyclists are most welcome. There is provision to dry wet gear and bicycles can be stored in our secure shed. We have 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms available, all with en-suite facilities. The two upstairs twin rooms have stunning views across Strathglass. Downstairs, the comfortable double bedroom has a feature fireplace. A full Scottish cooked breakfast is provided with fresh eggs are from our own free-range chickens. We source local ingredients wherever possible. The guest lounge also has a welcoming fireplace with an antique solid fuel stove and a television. It also doubles as our breakfast room. Free WiFi Internet Access is available.

Additionally, we now offer self-catering at Westward, in our sustainable, timber framed Eco Huts which are warm and cosy all year round. The huts are set in the land adjoining the house with an area for BBQs or campfires. Parking is available adjacent to the huts. They are perfect for glamping with 2 single beds, a mini-kitchen, en-suite and heating. Bed linen and towels are provided.
