Sandaig Guest House

The site of two former Victorian Villas, now converted into a superb family run guest house. Located in the ancient part of the town of Leith, a warm welcome awaits.

All rooms are ensuite with hospitality tray, TV and free wifi. We have family rooms available which can sleep up to 3 and we can provide cots on request. You may also sample one of our delicious breakfasts using only the finest Scottish ingredients.

There are lots of amazing places to visit within walking distance of Sandaig, including the Leith Links park for golfing enthusiasts, and the Edinburgh Waterfront boasting fantastic coastal views and the Royal Yacht. The city centre is only a 10 minute bus ride away with plenty of shops, attractions and restaurants.
